The Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Germany e. V. (CHKD) is China’s first foreign trade chamber in Europe and the official representation of the Chinese economy in Germany. The Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of its more than 350 member companies, around half of which are among the 500 economically strongest companies in China, in dealings with German politics, business and society. The aim is to strengthen economic cooperation between China and Germany.
